EcoFlow Unveils STREAM 5000 Series at UK Launch Event

Certus Energy Joins EcoFlow at Battersea Power Station

On 20 August, the Certus Energy team joined EcoFlow at the iconic Battersea Power Station in London for the unveiling of its next generation of home energy technology.

The event brought together EcoFlow’s retail and distribution partners, media and industry professionals to see what is coming next for the UK market.

As an EcoFlow partner, it was a fantastic opportunity for us to meet with the EcoFlow team, explore the latest technology first-hand and hear more about the company’s plans for home solar and battery storage in the UK.

One of the highlights of the event was the new EcoFlow STREAM 5000 Series – the next step in EcoFlow’s intelligent home solar and battery storage range.

The new system significantly increases the capabilities of the STREAM platform, with EcoFlow highlighting 5kWh of battery capacity, up to 5,000W of solar input and support for up to 12 solar panels.

It brings solar generation, energy storage and intelligent energy management together within the EcoFlow ecosystem, giving households greater control over how they generate, store and use electricity.

The STREAM 5000 Series arrives at an exciting time for the UK home energy market.

Interest in home battery storage and more accessible solar solutions is growing rapidly, while smart energy technology is making it increasingly possible for households to reduce their reliance on peak-rate grid electricity.

Systems such as STREAM can help homeowners make better use of solar generation, store surplus electricity for later and take advantage of cheaper electricity tariffs when appropriate.

For Certus Energy, this is exactly the direction we believe the UK home energy market is heading.

EcoFlow currently expects the new STREAM 5000 Series to launch in the UK in September 2026.

It is important to distinguish the STREAM 5000 from some smaller plug-in solar products. Current EcoFlow guidance indicates that the UK system will require connection by a qualified professional rather than simply being connected to a standard household socket for power feed-in.

We’ll share further details on the final UK specification, pricing, installation requirements and availability as they are confirmed.

We’d like to thank the EcoFlow team for hosting a fantastic event at Battersea Power Station and for giving us the opportunity to see what is coming next.

At Certus Energy, our focus is on making the latest solar and home battery technology more accessible to UK households, backed by knowledgeable UK-based advice and support.

We’re excited to continue working with EcoFlow and look forward to sharing much more about the EcoFlow STREAM 5000 Series ahead of its UK launch.
